Earth secured by duct tape

This is an actual image from the Google Earth database of satellite images showing an area of northern Ontario in Canada, approximately 50 degrees, 45 North, 83 degrees 3 West.
The original spotter quipped in the GE forum that it’s further evidence of the world being held together by tape, an idea I much prefer to the sane explanation that it’s a photo compositing glitch. It’s simply far more fun to make up jokes about homeland security.
